Frequently Asked Questions

Virtual Waiting Room

Online access to urgent mindcare needs.

Emotions can hit hard, and fast, and sometimes we can feel lost on how to cope. That’s why MindPath Care Centers developed the Virtual Waiting Room where you can connect with a licensed mindcare specialist without leaving your space.

Using the Virtual Waiting Room can help alleviate concerns before they become an emergency. You wouldn’t let a fever go un-examined, so don’t let your mindcare go unchecked.

Our Virtual Waiting Room can be used:

  • For medication concerns
  • When experiencing heightened anxiety or a panic attack
  • If hopelessness or feelings of loneliness occur
  • For a mental health check-in
  • After a traumatic event happens

Available hours: Monday – Friday  |  8:30am – 5:00pm

In-network with BCBS, Cigna, and United Healthcare

If you are experiencing a life threatening emergency, please call 911 or go to your local emergency room. This includes a dangerous self-harm incident, suicidal ideation, homicidal thoughts, or you are in fear of being harmed by someone else.
