About Valerie Chess, LCSW
Valerie Chess has worked in various settings to address the psychopathologies affecting individuals with mental and medical health challenges preventing them from functioning in their day to day lives. In her years of practicing, she has learned that it is important to establish trust in building therapeutic working relationships between clients and therapist by way of exchanging knowledge and self-awareness. Valerie has worked with clients from various social and economic backgrounds and is passionate, sensitive towards individuals, and open to the knowledge and wisdom clients bring to the table. She has been fortunate to spread her clinical experiences in the California, New York, and North Carolina. Valerie’s current goals include bringing comfort and a sense of hope in helping individuals who are challenging with mental health symptoms.
