Why did you choose mental health as a career path?
“The internal desire to help has always been part of who I am. At a young age the desire was to help children. However, as a young adult, the desire to help those of all ages – who had “hurts in their hearts” – became my life passion and continued pursuit.”
“I saw Sonia for several months after a very traumatic life event, and for general anxiety and life counseling. She is amazing; caring and empathetic, she helps guide you on your own path with words of encouragement and careful questions designed to help you figure things out for yourself. I was so sad to leave her behind when I moved, but she left me in a good place!” ~ Sarah
