Sarah is an exceptional listener. During the session, she lets me talk. I'm usually relating the week's difficult or triggering moments. In the kindest way, she'll stop me, "Elaine(not my real name), let me stop you here because I really want to get a better understanding/ask you a question/make a suggestion of how you can use the opportunity to help the conversation(with my husband)) have a better outcome for you". I feel like she KNOWS me and truly cares.
