About Patricia Costilla, LPC

Patricia Costilla enjoys working with patients age 15 and older, couples, families, and groups. She collaborates with her patients in order to help them identify their potential and reach their goals, which she finds rewarding to witness. In her sessions, Patricia focuses on holistic healing practices, which often include empathic understanding and spiritual healing. She helps patients who experience various mental health concerns and leads the Women Realizing All Potential (WRAP) group at Changes. Patricia believes her counseling style brings together several therapeutic interventions to optimize her patient’s progress.
