About Lindsay Hildreth, PA-C

Lindsay M. Hildreth got her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from the Wingate University Physician Assistant Program in Wingate, NC. A professional educator by training, her previous career was in teaching biology; she has also been a yoga instructor for 17+ years. Her two careers have taught her patience, compassion, and empathy, which she applies to her work with her patients. With a special focus on women’s health, Lindsay is proficient in a variety of health care areas, including diagnosing mood disorders, screening for ADHD, and treating substance abuse. She has conducted research into the efficacy of yoga as an adjunctive treatment for adolescent patients. She believes that the mind-body connection is seamless, and we must therefore care for our emotional health in order to attain physical health and achieve our goals.  She believes all patients have the innate ability to heal themselves, both physically and emotionally.  Her goal is to provide many options that will augment their ability to do this in a safe, supported space.

Dr. Hildreth has by far been the most knowledgeable, considerate, and responsive person I've worked with yet. She does a great job listening to my thoughts on medications, giving me options for treatment plans, and not only sharing knowledge she does have but double-checking when she wants confirmation. She's also gone above and beyond with communication and follow-up, and I feel like my care has moved in a great direction since starting with her.

I just recently started going though my own mental health issues at age 28. This has probably been a scariest experience for me to say the least. Through this whole experience, MindPath and Ms. Lindsay Hildreth have been nothing but beyond extraordinary. They have provided me with the best explanation to my issues and not just that, the amount of attention and kindness they expressed through my visit was exceptional. I would more than gladly recommend anyone to come here whether they are experiencing new life patches, or have been going through things for a while. MindPath is definitely a place I will be returning to for any and all future issues I may have. Thank you to everyone who chooses to work there with that genuine care to help their patients.

I went to a new provider today after not being able to connect with the right person to talk to in years and I can honestly say that I will like her. Little things like she could be typing notes into computer and as soon as I start talking...she stops and focuses on me. Like she actually wanted to hear me and I wasn't just another entry into her file.

The visit was thorough. I was worked in miraculously due to a cancellation. Everyone from front desk to the provider were so very kind. I was saddened to not be able to see the person I'd originally seen HOWEVER the provider I did see was just amazing. She seemed to really authentically care. That's very important to me.

For the first time being seen as a patient not only at this location but ever in life I felt very comfortable, safe, and judge free.
