About Lindsay Hildreth, PA-C

Lindsay M. Hildreth got her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from the Wingate University Physician Assistant Program in Wingate, NC. A professional educator by training, her previous career was in teaching biology; she has also been a yoga instructor for 17+ years. Her two careers have taught her patience, compassion, and empathy, which she applies to her work with her patients. With a special focus on women’s health, Lindsay is proficient in a variety of health care areas, including diagnosing mood disorders, screening for ADHD, and treating substance abuse. She has conducted research into the efficacy of yoga as an adjunctive treatment for adolescent patients. She believes that the mind-body connection is seamless, and we must therefore care for our emotional health in order to attain physical health and achieve our goals.  She believes all patients have the innate ability to heal themselves, both physically and emotionally.  Her goal is to provide many options that will augment their ability to do this in a safe, supported space.

“This has probably been the scariest experience for me to say the least. Through this whole experience, Mindpath and Ms. Lindsay Hildreth have been nothing but beyond extraordinary. They have provided me with the best explanation to my issues and not just that, the amount of attention and kindness they expressed throughout my visit was exceptional. I would more than gladly recommend anyone to come here whether they are experiencing new life patches, or have been going through things for a while.”
