About Judy Henderson, LCMHC, LCAS
Judy is dual-licensed in clinical mental health counseling and as a clinical addictions specialist, with a specialization as a certified clinical trauma professional. She has over 35 years of experience working with adults suffering from mental health and substance abuse disorders. Judy offers individual therapy utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and motivational interviewing. She also incorporates HeartMath, mindfulness, and breathing and relaxation techniques. Judy helps others find the courage to take initiative to enhance their lives in an important and rewarding process.Education & Certifications
