About Joshua Cobb, PA-C

Joshua is passionate about how psychiatry provides a unique opportunity to care for people who have been struggling and suffering. He sees it as a privilege to earn people’s trust and confidence and to be able to see their lives change for the better. A caring provider, Mr. Cobb always goes the extra mile to ensure his patients receive the help they need. He knows that through his interactions with patients he is also helping people in their communities, including family, friends, coworkers and classmates. With a focus on taking the time needed to deeply listen, Joshua’s philosophy is to empower patients to better understand the cause of their symptoms, while setting achievable expectations for creating lasting change in their lives. He includes his patients in decisions about their treatment plans, walking with them through their successes and their frustrations alike. His goal is for all patients to feel heard, seen and fully informed about their own mindcare and treatment options.

"My health provider, Dr Cobb is by far the best healthcare professional I've ever encountered! He takes his time to gather a thorough history, listen to your medical concerns and explains the different alternatives available for treating your specific condition. He is empathetic, showed genuine care for the patient and doesn't discredit any of your concerns, no matter how stupid they may seem. I would recommend him over any other professional in this area of medicine.”

- F.D.

“Actually I was very pleasantly surprised. My time with Mr. Cobb was well spent and I was also pleasantly surprised at how well we communicated to one another. He easily qualifies as one of my best providers that I have had in 48 years of dealing with psychiatric providers.”

“Mr. Cobb is very approachable and my son felt very comfortable talking with him. He is even looking forward to their next appointment.”
