About Jorge Caraballo, LCMHC, LCAS-A

Jorge Caraballo has always been interested in the medical field and took notice of his strong sense of observation and analysis. His interest in behavior and what makes people operate is what brought him to study the mind. Jorge is passionate about helping people reach their goals, not be so critical of themselves, and engage in their life as best as they can. He enjoys hearing his patients’ experiences and how they want to grow or change. Jorge believes in a holistic approach and meeting people where they are. His work focuses on behavior but can also be adapted to suite the need of the patient. He values mental health, physical, and spiritual health (whatever that may be) and utilizes these components to address changes patients working to achieve. Jorge prides himself on bringing humor, a laid-back attitude, and an easy-going approach to his patients. He believes this helps normalize our experiences and helps encourage change with others, no matter how fast or slow it is approached. Overall, Jorge wants to help advocate and spread awareness of mental health and decrease the stigma.
