About Jenel Morian, PMHNP

While working as an RN in a community outpatient clinic, Jenel was made aware of a nationwide shortage of psychiatric providers, especially in rural areas, and knew that by pursuing a career in mental healthcare, she would be helping to fill a large gap. She has a B.S. from Brenau University and Masters from Georgia State University; and she specializes in treating anxiety, depression, OCD and other clinical areas. Jenel strongly believes in providing individualized care, which involves addressing changing needs as they come along and actively listening. She is passionate about providing the treatment that a patient needs, whether it may be medication or just a space to feel comfortable in, and makes it a point to focus on areas of need instead of diagnosis. Jenel finds inspiration in the quote: “Be kind to the past versions of yourself that did not know the things you know now.”
