I m always dreading therapy because it s hard, but I m ALWAYS glad I did it. It really helps me work through the tough things.

Re-directed focus from the world to personal options and decisions. Very compassionate, but firm.

My Therapist listens to me and has given me ways to look at how I react to others and has helped me recognize when I am uncomfortable and how I want to respond to negative people. She has really helped me rethink my actions and others toward me. My issues may be not as bad to others when I mentioned them but I felt like I was alone and so unhappy. I now have my confidence back and I'm back on top of my game. I feel 100 percent better today than I did a month ago.

The therapist was effective in re-focusing the client on the need to persist on treatment recommendations. Very compassionate attitude.
