About Hannah Eason, PA

Hannah Eason’s favorite patient encounters during her clinical training appeared to be about physical issues but revealed mental health concerns at the root. Mental healthcare is still stigmatized and people are often ashamed or reluctant to ask for help. Since conditions like anxiety and depression can manifest physically before a patient realizes there’s a psychological component, they might not know how to ask for help at first. Hannah has seen what a huge impact psychiatric care and an empathetic provider can have in a patient’s life once they seek care. She is passionate about fighting the stigma surrounding mental health concerns and building relationships with her patients. She believes everyone deserves compassionate, equitable, and accessible mental health care. Hannah believes healthcare should be a partnership between patient and provider. She aims to meet her patients wherever they are in their journey and offer treatment plans that fit their goals. She wants her patients to know they will always work together to find the best plan for them. Hannah has a background in public health. It taught her to consider how social and environmental factors impact health. So much of our health is affected by the systems we interact with and the communities we live in. Understanding the patient’s background and unique needs is so important.

Please note that we plan to be open for appointments; however, be aware that power outages may be widespread which may impact telehealth and other appointments. We may not know until the last minute in all of our locations on Tuesday. Please be patient. We will waive missed appointment charges on Tuesday, August 4th in light of complications from the weather. If you and your provider are unable to connect, we will reach out to reschedule your appointment as soon as possible.
