About Hanan Musawi, MD
Hanan Musawi earned her MD from Jordan University School of Medicine and completed her five-year Combined Internal Medicine and Psychiatry Residency at East Carolina University in Greenville, N.C. Her multidisciplinary training makes her uniquely qualified to understand patients with complex medical histories. Dr. Musawi provides comprehensive psychophysical evaluations to formulate tailored holistic treatment plans. Her goal is to provide each patient with a reduction in symptoms and an improved state of wellness. She is a specialist in anxiety, panic disorder, depression, bipolar, psychosis, schizophrenia, OCD, PTSD and Dementia with behavioral disturbance. Dr. Musawi is also fluent in Arabic.
