About Carole Doorley, LCSW

Carole Doorley is a licensed clinical social worker who currently practices at our location in Chapel Hill, NC. Carole earned her MSW degree from The Silver School of Social Work in New York. She was given the President’s Award for Community Service. Many of her clients are women who deal with self esteem issues. She works with people who struggle with anxiety and depression, striving to create a warm, nonjudgemental environment for her clients in which to feel safe as they work on bettering their lives. She previously had her own private practice in Somerville, New Jersey for 17 years.

On my first appointment, I felt very welcome, and not nervous or intimidated at all. My therapist is fantastic and I left feeling empowered and better about my issues than when I came in, and in general.

Tropical Storm Isaias is headed towards the Carolinas. Please note that we plan to be open for appointments; however, be aware that power outages may be widespread which may impact telehealth and other appointments. We may not know until the last minute in all of our locations on Tuesday. Please be patient. We will waive missed appointment charges on Tuesday, August 4th in light of complications from the weather. If you and your provider are unable to connect, we will reach out to reschedule your appointment as soon as possible.
