About Cara Lutzow, MSN, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC

Cara wants her patients to be in control of their wellness journey. She helps them have buy-in and feel confident in their ability to get better. She feels it is her role to safely facilitate treatment, while enabling the patient to have autonomy for their health. Ms. Lutzow is delighted to be working in the field of psychiatry, as she’s found it to be the most rewarding healthcare field in terms of being most able to help people achieve emotional wellness, which has a huge impact on overall health. With positivity and a warm presence, she aims to make patients feel comfortable enough to be open and honest with her.
