About Blair R Crouse, NP-C

Ms. Crouse chose psychiatry to relieve the personal suffering of others. With over thirty years’ experience, she aims to empower individuals to make a significant personal change and to enhance patients’ quality of life. When working with patients, she begins by holistically examining their strengths and identifying the changes that will lead to a more fulfilling life. It’s important to Blair that this process be collaborative, involving shared decision making between herself and the patient. In addition, she gives people the information and guidance needed to do the next right thing, whether it’s taking a medication, a referral for a specific type of psychotherapy or a referral for a different mode of treatment.
