Lauren was punctual, attentive, and thorough during my appointment. I have had providers in the past that, although they did a fine job, felt hurried or even sometimes a bit distracted during appointments. Lauren followed up everything we discussed with further questions and suggestions and seemed to truly care to fully understand me as a patient and find not just what works, but the best solutions for me as an individual. In my opinion that is above and beyond what I would expect from a half hour or so in a virtual meeting.
