Overall good experience – however, I had to call on three separate days and leave four voicemails on the appointment rescheduling line before I finally spoke with someone on my fifth attempt to reschedule my appointment. It doesn’t help that there is a $60 cancellation fee if you reschedule within 24 hours of the appointment when no one answers the rescheduling line and it was nearly impossible for me to reschedule my appointment before I would have been assessed the fee.
