Our counselor, Joelle Shipp, is phenomenal! She has been an enormous help to our young adult and our entire family. Joelle is experienced, insightful, caring, persistent, realistic, etc. We are so grateful for her coming alongside our family and helping us get through some very challenging/difficult times.
