Mr. Barbee showed great sensitivity when I shared explicit information about a horrible situation I was faced with when my Mother-in-law lived with us. His acknowledgment of the enormity of the challenges I faced then affirmed me as an adult. I appreciated his candor and his sober demeanor, which was fitting, as the subject matter was very sensitive. I am very grateful to have such a positive relationship with my therapist.
