Lori LISTENS to me. I m very open with my thoughts and feelings and she doesn t assume anything so I feel very comfortable with her. If she questions something I feel she has a good reason for it and I m more than willing to answer her question. She s also more than willing to check into something if I pose a question she is not quite knowledgeable of, which is greatly appreciated.
