I was late getting there due to running out of gas on the way there. Front desk was very nice about everything. Their internet system was down, which included the phone system, so they hadn’t gotten my call to let them know. I got to do all the paperwork, but there wasn’t time to see the provider. The girls at the front desk were very apologetic and promised to call me to reschedule as soon as their system was back up and running. At least I got to see where the office is and do the paperwork. I look forward to having a new appointment soon and getting started with this group. From what I experienced (and saw in the paperwork), it seems like a caring, yet disciplined place I can trust to get the care and medication management that I need.
