My Therapist listens to me and has given me ways to look at how I react to others and has helped me recognize when I am uncomfortable and how I want to respond to negative people. She has really helped me rethink my actions and others toward me. My issues may be not as bad to others when I mentioned them but I felt like I was alone and so unhappy. I now have my confidence back and I’m back on top of my game. I feel 100 percent better today than I did a month ago.
