Medical Director
W. Scott Griffies M.D., DFAPA, is the Medical Director at MindPath, as well as the Director of Clinical Education and Director of the Mind-Brain-Body Center. He has over 25 years of experience in clinical and psychiatric leadership, with a career focused on psychosomatic medicine, administrative psychiatry, and program development. -
Clinical Director of Psychotherapy
Louise holds a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from the University of North Carolina at Asheville. Louise also holds a MSW from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is a guest lecturer at both the UNC-Chapel Hill School of Social Work, as well as the School of Medicine. Louise thrives in her role as a leader and mentor, serving as a Clinical Field Instructor to the UNC School of Social Work, NC State University School of Social Work, and Smith College of Social Work. -
Regional Medical Director of Western NC, Medical Director of SC
Named one of three top psychiatrists in Charlotte by peers in Charlotte Magazine’s 2019 Top Doctor, Dr. Herman has earned a number of achievements and leadership certifications on her way to being MindPath Care Centers’ Regional Medical Director of Western North Carolina. -
Associate Clinical Director of Psychotherapy
Maureen holds a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Philosophy and Religion from Appalachian State University. She earned her MSW from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2010. Maureen has maintained her NC license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2010 in and takes great pride in her guild’s commitment to the emotional, physical, and collective wellness of individuals and their communities. Her role as a social worker is woven into every aspect of her life. -
Medical Director of Clinical Trials Institute & Interventional Psychiatry
Sandeep Vaishnavi, MD, PhD is the Medical Director of the MindPath Clinical Trials Institute and the Medical Director of the MindPath Interventional Psychiatry/Brain Stimulation Program. He is certified in Behavioral Neurology & Neuropsychiatry by the United Council for Neurologic Subspecialties. He is also certified in Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. His education includes a fellowship at Johns Hopkins and a residency at Duke University.

Jeff Williams is a versatile executive with a diverse background spanning pharmaceutical, healthcare IT, drug development and B2C web-based services and has focused on both clinical, corporate and consumer target markets from start up to scale up. He became CEO of MindPath Care Centers in late 2018. -
President
Stan Monroe is a co-founder, President and General Counsel of MindPath Care Centers and is currently serving on MindPath's Board of Directors. Stan was CEO of MindPath (formerly Carolina Partners in Mental HealthCare) for twenty-four years prior to a sale to private equity in 2018. COO
In her role as COO, Abigail (Abby) is responsible for managing and mentoring department heads, partner recruitment and management, human resources, front desk operations, strategic growth planning, process planning, and overseeing clinical operations with the medical management team. -
CFO
When Rob Oliveri joined MindPath Care Centers in 2018, he brought more than 15 years of finance and operations experience in multi-site healthcare services businesses to the CFO position, overseeing substantial growth strategies throughout his healthcare tenure. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from St. Francis College and an MBA from University of Phoenix. -
SVP, Demand Management
Erika has a B.A. and M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a second Master's in Digital Marketing from the University of San Francisco. She completed executive education programs at Wharton School of Business and at Cornell University. Erika has over 20 years’ experience in healthcare and has worked with a prestigious list of high growth companies to scale quickly and effectively. -
VP of Strategy & Innovation, Director of Telehealth
In early 2017, Dr. Garza started working for MindPath Care Centers as the Director of Telemedicine. He developed and implemented a telepsychiatry service that now employs over 180 providers and sees more than a 18,000 patients per month, placing this program as the largest telepsychiatry/teletherapy program in the state of North Carolina. Now, he is currently acting as the VP of Strategy and Innovation and Director of Telehealth, where he oversees growth strategies for MindPath that are directly related to increasing quality of healthcare services. -
Regional Vice President, SC
Kim Finucan LPC, LPC/S, DBTC, NBCCH joined MindPath Care Centers in 2020 as the Regional Vice President of South Carolina. Maintaining licensure as both a licensed professional counselor and licensed professional counselor supervisor, Kim has a strong commitment to providing services in a way that honors diversity, inclusion and belonging. With over 20 years of behavioral health experience in both clinical and executive roles, she has developed risk management systems, led organizations as they sought to change financial and clinical outcomes while maintaining a client focus. -
Senior Vice President Corporate Development
Prior to joining MindPath he was the Vice President of Business Development for a Dental Support Organization, helping it grow its number of locations by 50% through partnerships, acquisitions and de-novos. Previously, Surry worked at PPD in Corporate Development & Strategy, as well Barclays in its Healthcare Investment Banking Group.
